Where can I park?
There are several parking options close to the sports hall:
● A free parking area is available at Stora Coop next to the sports hall. Please note
that you can park for a maximum of 2 hours for free. After that, you can continue
your parking using the EasyPark app.
● There is also a parking garage located directly opposite the sports hall.
● The hotels also offer parking options for their guests.
I have a girl at my club who is one year too young. Can she participate anyway?
The camp is intended for judokas who meet the age requirements and have at least an
orange belt (4 kyu).
Participation is based on the recommendation of the athlete’s own coach, who should
assess whether the judoka is ready for this level of technical training and randori.
If you have a special case regarding age, please contact us before registration and we will
review the request.
Does the coach need to pay to participate?
No, coaches do not need to pay.
Coaches are welcome to:
● Join the training sessions on the mat
● Sit next to the mat and observe
● Support their athletes during the camp
At our national camps, the girls are usually able to participate independently and we take
care of the camp activities. However, for our international camps, clubs are responsible for
ensuring that younger participants have a responsible adult/coach available.
What happens if I get sick? Can I get a refund?
In the event of a documented illness or injury (medical certificate required), the organiser may, at its sole discretion, offer either:
• A partial refund, or
• A voucher valid for a future Next Gen Camp.
If the camp is cancelled by the organiser, participants will receive a full refund.
Registrations are personal but may be transferred to another participant with the organiser's approval no later than 7 days before the camp.
Responsibility
At our national camps, we take care of the participants during the camp, and it is not
required to bring a coach or adult.
For our international camps:
● Next Gen Camp declines responsibility for any damage to persons or property
involving participants, third parties, or as a consequence of participation in the camp.
By registering for the camp, you accept the regulations described above.
When is the registration deadline?
The registration deadline is: 18 September 2026
Which airport should I fly to?
The easiest airport to use is:
Copenhagen Airport (CPH)
From Copenhagen Airport, you can take the Øresundståg train directly to Sweden.
● Get off at Hyllie Station if you are staying at Best Western Malmö Arena Hotel.
● Get off at Triangeln Station if you are travelling to the sports hall or Good Morning
Hotel.
Malmö Airport (MMX)
You can also fly to Malmö Airport.
From Malmö Airport, take the airport bus to Triangeln.

How does payment work?
After signing up, an invoice will be sent to the registered email address within a couple of days.
Payment must be completed before arrival according to the invoice
Please note:
● Registration is binding when payed in full
● Payments can be partually refunded depending on time of cancelation
● If needed, you can transfer your registration to another participant by changing the
participant’s name, but no less than 7 days before the camp start
● No cash or credit card payments will be available at the camp.
